About Traci Bray, B.S., M.A., Medium
Born and raised in Iowa, Traci Bray began
offering public readings in the mid-1990's. Over the last decade, she
developed a large national, and now international following. Having earned
a Bachelor's degree in Family Services and a Master's in Law Enforcement
and Justice Administration, Traci's professional background and enhanced
communications skills lend themselves to her readings. Prior to reading
full-time, Traci's work included directing a domestic violence/sexual
assault program, as a probation officer, and a public transportation
administrator. Too she was a curriculum developer and trainer for law
enforcement in two midwestern states. Thus it is 'a natural' that local,
state and federal law enforcement agencies have requested and received her
input.
In 2000, Traci was filmed by the BBC for a documentary, produced by
Justine Picardie, on mediums. That experience was made into a book, If the
Spirit Moves You: Love and Life Beyond Death authored by Ms. Picardie. The
book describes Picardie's search for a connection with her sister Ruth who
passed of breast cancer in 1997. Film rights have been sold, and the book
enjoyed time on the Best Seller List in Great Britain.
In the Fall of 2004, Traci was interviewed and successfully tested for the
voluntary position of a "Research Medium" with the University of Arizona's
coveted VERITAS (see: http://veritas.arizona.edu) program, directed by Dr.
Gary Schwartz. Other research mediums with VERITAS have included John Edward, George Anderson and Allison DuBois,
the latter on whom the NBC series "Medium" is based.
